Orders and Payments
Once you have placed your order, we will package and post your item to the address specified during your purchase. Please note that we cannot accept any responsibility for address mistakes. We ask that you check the address before completing your payment.
You will receive an email to acknowledge that we have received your order and a second email once your item(s) have been dispatched.
We accept all major credit cards.
Returns and Refunds
Your customer experience is very important to us and we strive to make your online shopping experience as enjoyable as possible, because of this our returns policy gives you 14 days to change your mind. You can cancel or return your order within 14 days from when you receive the order. Any refunds will be subject to the product being returned in a saleable condition, with no signs of use or damage to the product or packaging. If the product is not in the original packaging or is damaged in any way we are not obliged to refund you.
